This brew has a pleasantly sweet, earthy aroma that is very light and pleasant on the nose. Very smooth with a delicate touch in flavor. The lemongrass comes through with a nice balanced flavor giving the beer a bit of zest. Light mouthfeel and just a smooth, drinkable beer for warm days. It is the kind of beer that just hits the right spot. I could see myself drinking a bunch of these on a beach or even by a pool. Just not the type of beer you could enjoy after a hoppy IPA.
