Tangy bitterness on the front with a moderate amount of hop bitterness following, it is an enjoyable Amber. Subtle and somewhat sweet in its aftertaste making it another refreshing brew from C-Craft. The Amber though offers a little more for the distinguished drinker than their blond. Definitely a step up from it. Even though I do not find their beers are not the normal level of flavor one expects with craft beer, it does make it uniquely Vietnamese, or better yet northern Vietnamese. That said, your are in no way getting a typical Asian beer here. It is craft at its core.
