You can definitely tell it is there, as there is a strong buckwheat aroma. It feels meaty and a touch earthy. Smooth and sharp with a flavor that mellows to a nice sweetness. A very heavy mouth feel and highly drinkable. It's great to see a Vietnamese brewer that gets craft beer by trying something unique and different.
