Here's Thomas again at it with another fruit wheat beer.  And here is another nice drinkable Fruit wheat beer by Furbrew. There is a nice fruity almost sweet aroma to Buddha hand as you take it in that does not prepare you for the moderate bitterness from the citrus fruit based beer. This is due in part thanks to the peels from the fruit added giving it that higher bitterness than it should be at only 18 IBUs. That also causes the beer to lose some of its flour and bread notes you would often find in a wheat beer.
