I'm finding a trend here with beer. Light refreshing styles seem to dominate and the Sunset Witte is no exception. Though, there is  that tangy spiciness one would expect from the usual coriander and orange peel in a Belgium worried. The spiciness does a good job of tricking one into thinking it in having a higher preserved bitterness than it really has. but you can know it's from the flavor as it does not have the lingering bite hop bitterness usually has.
