Smooth easy going wheat beer that takes itself into new territory. The Tê Tê witbier holds faithful to the Belgium classic with a subtle spice from the coriander and orange peel, but it is subtle as a bolder almost earthy flavor comes out with this beer. This very well could be because this is an unfiltered beer, which often makes a beer bolder and making it something else. The brewer does refer to this as a freestyle Wit. It is a witbier, but something different.
