Dry, rich, and fruity. The last part not really something you would expect with a stout, but is works so well. It almost reminds me of the chocolate rings with the jelly, but not as strong with the sweetness. Just a small amount. There is a sense of the dryness in the mouthfeel of the stout, but in no way takes away from the taste and drinkability of the Baby Fatso.
