A nice earthy aroma to this beer with some citrus notes. Tastes a little off as there was a slight astringent bitterness not like a hoppy one. However, it is very subtle, otherwise it is balanced with the hoppiness and smooth finish. I will say this does go well with its pairing at Biacraft. I think this could work with fried food no problem.
