A simple bitter that's enjoyable to drink. Just it's too simple. Not that it is a bad beer. The brew itself is solid and while it does give off a vivid red none of these things are that far from your standard red ale other than its a bit stronger. Which of course is never a bad thing. Regardless another enjoyable brew from the guys over at LAC*.
