The name, which is 5 in Vietnamese comes from the simple fact it was their fifth beer and a play on the "wonderful" 333 beer. Of course, this is a much better brew as from your first whiff of the Năm Năm Năm, you get a sweet but earthy aroma. A slight bitterness with a continuation of the earthiness comes at you with the flavor. And then, it goes down smooth in the end as any cream ale should. Definitely, give this beer a wink. A good start to a night.
