A light smooth aroma that is followed by a light flavor. Smooth some tang and finished with a mellow creaminess. Has a nice medium body that may lean on the heavier side. Highly drinkable and more subdued in the variety of spices one may find in a traditional Hefe, but it still fits the bill for what one considers a Hefeweizen with its look and appeal.
