You would think a beer like this with numbers that high they'd kick you in the ass. Yet, it does not. By no means a sessionable IPA this is still highly drinkable. There is a nice amount of malty aroma and flavor but don't worry, the One Eye still packs a punch of bitterness. Unrelenting in a way, but balanced. You won't lose an eye over it, well maybe if you drink too many.
