Smooth taste with a hint of banana flavors. Just a bit of bite at the back of the tongue. Subtle aroma. Plus there is the nice added feature of the line wedge giving an extra tangy dimension to the mellow brew (even though this is a controversial subject for many). Though outside of it being a solid wit not much more in character about it. That's said it is highly drinkable.
