This beer comes off right away with a nice subtle sweet aroma. Which is of course followed by a wonderful sweet flavor with some tang and a subtle note of earthy tones. Creamy mouth feel and light bodied. It is a fairly good entry of a Saison and like most great for large meals. To say it simple would do dishonor as it has the usual complexity of the style. Just let it simmer to understand.
