Nice citrus aroma on the nose. Strong fruit flavor that tastes like a way less sweet Ngoc Mia. If anything makes for a more balanced taste than the original drink this beer was inspired by. Some bitterness, but there is also that tangy or sour flavor one finds in a saison. However, it balances well with the creaminess of the the fruit flavors in much a way like a smoothie. Yet, with all of that, it still taste like a beer.
