Smooth and sour aroma. Subtlety sweet with some bready notes, surrounded in a package of sour flavor. It shows some good use of the yeast in this brew. Most of you may be writing it off, but give it a try if sour beers are your thing or for something different as this is not too intense of a sour but rather just the right amount after something strong and hoppy.
