Another wonderful saison from this brewery with some added character. Sweet tangy aroma and flavor as a saison should. Also, leaning in a more mellow side that is sweet with some banana notes. This cutting some of the tang, allowing for and even more enjoyable brew. Light mouth feel with a smooth finish.
