Intense sweet oaky aroma much like a fine whiskey. Smooth, oak notes with some sweetness almost like a vanilla. Leaves a nice aftertaste of the oak flavor. Some wild tang adds to the complexity of this unique brew as well. This a crafted beer that has a large amount of consideration to the style and ingredients. Very unique especially when considering the yeast they used and I hope Thomas makes more. And send some down to Saigon.
