Mild sweet malty aroma. Very mellow flavor that sits lightly in the mouth. Malty, with just a touch of bitterness. Doesn't remind me too much of Bia hoi from hanoi as that has a much lighter feel and often a slight taste of the obvious use of adjuncts in the cheap beer. This is perhaps the craft or first run version of the all day beer. It is highly drinkable as the referenced brew, just a fancier version.
