[BEER] Platinum Pale Ale

Super smooth and creamy this is not what you would expect from a pale ale. There is a subtle hint of corn-like malt flavor to it similar to but not as pronounced as in a Bia Hoi. You could say this is the Platinum edition of a Bia Hoi. Which is not a bad thing per say just that it does not add much in the way of being a craft beer. It is just a simple good beer that I know goes over well with the Vietnamese market. Perhaps an unfiltered version of it would be much better.
