Mellow aroma with a slight feeling of sourness. A pleasant subtle sour flavor that really benefits from the addition of the passion fruit. It’s not intense like a standard Gose, and the fruitiness really balances out the flavor. Has a quality that shows the use of real fruit as I get the complexity of the juice and pulp in flavor. Another quality collaboration from the guys at Heart of Darkness.
