A delightful treat as this beer gives a light sour and sweet malt flavor. Almost with a sense of caramel flavor and notes of sweetness reminiscent of honey. Very smooth and mellow flavor with a light mouthfeel. A soft witbier that just gives you enough of the proper flavors in a mellow package that can be enjoyable for long drinking sessions, or perhaps subtitle brew for a break or starter onboard to hoppier alternatives.
